What is it?
The Proprio System is a lightweight, wearable wrap with control module that provides Stochastic Resonance (SR) vibration signals to the wearer at a level they should not feel. The device is charged as needed with the included USB-C charger, and output is controlled with a free app download to your phone or tablet.
What is Stochastic Resonance (SR)?
If you struggle with shuffling or have difficulty picking up your feet while walking, the Accelera Wearable Balance Device can help. By signaling the body’s sensory pathways with gentle vibration, Accelera enhances proprioception and motor awareness—helping your brain better coordinate each step. The result is improved stride, reduced risk of tripping, and greater confidence with every movement.
How long should I wear it? What is the battery life?
The Proprio system should be worn all day every day to support balance and mobility. Battery life averages 14-15 hours at a 50% level – longer with lesser settings and a shorter time when used above 50%.
Is it waterproof? Can I wear it in the rain or shower?
This system is water resistant, not water proof. It should not be submerged in water. If you need to wear it in the rain, just dry off when you come inside. Do not wear in the shower, bathtub or swimming pool.
How do I get Started using my New Device?
Download the free app from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Follow the instructions in the box to set it up using the App, making sure you do not feel the vibration when wearing it. More is not better!
Where do I wear it?
Wear the device on both ankles or lower legs for support of balance, walking and other mobility. Wear it on your forearm or wrist for reaching and grasping.
